Step into serenity on a Mindful Wellness Hike with Nature Yoga in the breathtaking Garden of the Gods. Let stress melt away as you fully immerse yourself in nature’s sights and sounds, awakening your senses to the beauty around you.

Hike with purpose, moving through this peaceful landscape while learning about weather, plants, and geology—all through the lens of mindful awareness. Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of Nature Yoga, blending gentle stretches, breathwork, grounding poses, balance sequences, and standing Vinyasa flow to harmonize body and mind.

Every step, every breath, every movement weaves together like a tapestry—inviting you into a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world.

Meet your Hiking and Yoga Instructor: Tabitha

Tabitha wears many hats—mother, yoga instructor, kindergarten teacher, and now hiking guide. Her greatest adventure? Meeting people, hearing their stories, and building connections that bring communities together.

Originally from Kentucky, she grew up exploring the outdoors, finding joy in nature’s wonders. Her travels through Europe, Hawaii, and beyond deepened her appreciation for different cultures, landscapes, and the magic of both land and sea.

Some of her favorite memories come from hiking the German countryside, where every step was a chance to connect with nature and locals alike.

Now calling Colorado home, Tabitha and her three children love exploring the mountains, creating delicious meals, and embracing the outdoors.

She is a proud supporter of the Colorado Springs Therapeutic Riding Center at the Mark Reyner Stables in Palmer Park.
